GV II
Detached house. Mid C19, altered and extended late C19. Limestone
ashlar with rubble stone rear, 2-span Welsh slate hipped roof on
deep eaves, brick stacks. Entrance at right angles to road. Two-
storey, 2-window. Ionic portico with glazed outer doors and half-
glazed inner door with fanlight to left of main front, canted bay
with 15-pane sashes and double half-glazed door in pilastered
architrave to right. First floor has two tripartite sashes. Late
C19 range set-back to left has two 12-pane sashes to ground and
first floor. Right return has 12-pane sashes, attached single-
storey rubble stone outhouse. Rear has 4-panelled door, tripartite
sash and canted bay to main range with sashes to first floor,
mullioned and transomed window lighting stairs in set-back bay to
right with later C19 range to right with paired sashes and canted
leaded bay.
Interior has late C19 open well staircase with twisted balusters,
wide moulded handrail, window shutters and 4-panelled doors.
