1/81 Four monuments in the churchyard
between 3 and 5m west of tower
of Church of St Giles
Group of four chest tombs. Early C18 to early C19. Limestone.
North of group has two recessed moulded panels, moulded plinth,
hollow-moulded cornice to flat top, illegible inscription, probably
early C18. Tomb to south has central fielded panel to north side
and two fielded panels to south side, fielded pilasters, moulded
cornice to flat top, illegible inscription. South of group has
low-relief carved oval panel to main sides with flanking urns,
cornice to grooved frieze and flat top, illegible inscription,
probably early C19. Tomb to east side of group has moulded plinth,
two grooved panels, heavy chamfered flat top, probably early C18.
