1/83 Two monuments in railed enclosure,
in the churchyard, about 17m south
west of the tower of Church of
St Giles
GV II
One railed enclosure with two chest tombs. Early C19. Railed
enclosure has cast-iron spearhead railings. Fricker chest tomb
within to north has moulded plinth, two shaped grooved panels with
fan spandrels and fielded pilasters, grooved frieze to flat top.
Tomb within to south has large oval inscription panels with urns to
sides, quarter balusters to cornice and fluted frieze, low
weathered top, illegible inscriptions.
