Three estate cottages. Mid C19. Yellow Flemish bond brick, with
red brick dressings, Welsh slate roof with brick stack. T-plan;
main entrances on west side away from lane. Two-storey, 5-window
west front. Pedimented centre bay breaks forward, 2-light
casement to ground floor, sides have 2-light casements flanking
doorways, the right hand doorway now with inserted 2-light
casement, 3-brick plat band and five 2-light casements to first
floor. Rear of main range has one 2-light casement to ground and
first floors to left and right of 2-storey wing. Wing has C20
door in gabled porch to south side, with flanking 2-light casements
and two casements to first floor, north side has one ground floor
casement, blind window to first floor. Single-storey C20 addition
in similar style attached to gable end of wing. All casements
have flat brick arches with keystones.
A good, little altered example of estate building in this village.
