Farmhouse, now detached house. Dated 1698 on datestone, altered
and extended mid C19. Rendered rubble stone, Welsh slate roof with
coped verge to left, hip to right and brick stacks. L-plan. Two-
storey, 3-window. Six-panelled door in plain architrave with cast-
iron tent porch to left of centre, 12-pane sash to left and C19
canted bay with casements and dentilled cornice to right. First
floor has three sashes with datestone to right incised with
initials TC / 1698. Right return has C20 French windows and
glazed doors, margin-pane sash to right, first floor has three 12-
pane sashes and small blocked light to left. Rear has late C19
covered passage with casements with arched lights, sash to right, 3
sashes to first floor. Rear wing has planked door, sashes and two
aluminium windows to first floor, 1980s garage attached to left.
Interior has chamfered beams with ogee stops to ground and first
floor of main range, blocked open fireplace, planked doors, C19
stairs with stick balusters. Four-bay C17 roof with tie-beam and
collar trusses.
