Semi-detached cottage. R W A / 1741 on datestone to front. English garden wall bond brick, pantiled roof with half-hip to right, brick stack to left. Two-storey, two window. Five-panelled door in lean-to porch to right of centre, top-hung casement to right and three-light casement to left, both with flat arches with keystones. Three brick dentilled plat band to first floor; three-light casement and top-hung casement. Right return has C20 casement to ground floor and single light attic casement. Rear has attached conservatory. Interior not inspected.
