Founded 1771 rebuilt 1882. Stone at west front recording architects: Paull and
Bonella, and Builder: William Smith. Tudor style 2 storey aisled church of 5 bays
and 4 stage tower at south west end. Ashlar built. West front has 2 lights with
perpendicular tracery above 2 "doors with linked drip moulds and high stepped chamfer moulding to reveals. Corner buttresses and parapetted gable. To south, 2 light windows to ground floor and 3 light in 2 tiers above. Continuous cill mould to 1st floor; slightly lower to east with doorway. 3 rainwater hoppers Sated 1885. Tower capped by octagonal stone roofed cupola with traceried opening. 3rd stage octagonal with parapet and gargoyles. Angle oriel on ground floor joined to south aisle and tower. Unusual extension to north-east with hipped roof and 3 Pairs of very tall lancets with circular pattern leading.

3 Tabernacle Cottages.
