Mid C190 2 storeys. Vernacular in style; rubble with dressed quoins and relieving
arches to ground floor windows. Tiled roof, stone tiles to south. Central stack
to north with slight break, shaped to left and stepped below eaves. Gable to left
of chimney with stepped 3 light mullion and transom lattice lead glazed windows.
Two 4-light mullion and transom windows on ground floor flanking chimney. Lean-to
to right with pointed doorway and 3 stepped lancets above. 3 lightstepped window
in west gable. An entrance in east gable to 1st floor (via ramp).

Parish Church of St James with the listed tombs the Old Vestry Rooms, Nos 7 and
11 to 13 (consec) Church Walk and Nos 46 to 48 (consec) Fore Street form a group.
Nos 2 and 7 Church Walk are of local interest.
