End stroke of 'H' plan block formed by Nos 4-10 Clark's Place and Nos 25 and 16
Herford Street. Mid C19 double fronted villa-type cottage. 2 storeys, 3 windows.
Built of ashlar with plinth and band over ground floor. Gutter brackets, coped
verges and shaped footstones. Glazing bar sash windows, the centre on the 1st
floor segmental headed. Plain segmental headed doorway with 2 panel door having
segmental light above. Slate roof.

Nos 1 to 10 (consec) and No 16 form a group, Nos 1 to 9 (consec) and No 16 being
of local interest.
