Mid Cl9. 3 storeys. 7 windows. Brick with brick flat arches, stone plinth and
stone cill bands to 1st and 2nd floors. Raised verges with twice stepped stone
coping and saddlestone. Slate roof. Segmental headed windows, glazing bar sashes,
wider on eastern gable. Doors to centre and left hand. Long 2 storey painted
extension to north east not included.

The listed Mills in Court Street form an industrial group with Home Mill Buildings,
Castle Factory and The Chapel (Offices of Samuel Salter and Co Ltd).
