Early-mid C18 painted brick with occasional header courses. 3 storeys and attic,
mansarded pantile roof with three 2-light dormers. 3 paired glazing bar sash windows
to 1st floor, which is partly obscured by ivy, with segmental over arches. Central
door linked to centre window. Modern lean-to shed to left. Large chimney stack
also to left running up side of elevation and with a rubble base (belongs to a
small 2 storey shed to left).
