Late C18. 3 storey and basement. Brick on stone plinth. Stone strings at 1st
and 2nd floor cill levels. Stone quoins. Stone frieze and cornice with parapet
and projecting coping. Double ridged pantile roof. Unsymmetrical front. Glazing
bar sash windows in 3 ranges. Half glazed door at basement level to right. Large
central segmental-arched window, 5 panes wide with radiating and wreathed glazing
pattern to head, and stone cill - to left hand - 4 panel door with rectangular
fanlight of cast lead scroll pattern in plain stone surround with doorcase of Doric
pilasters and open entablature with fluted frieze and open moulded pediment, approached
by 3 moulded slate steps. Small blocked area with 1 basement window under ground
floor window. Front railings; gate with arrow head dog rails.

Nos 13 and 14 form a group with Nos 17 to 21 (consec).
