Circa 1790s. Part of major terrace Nos 18-21. Red brick with flush stone quoins,
projecting stone plinth (basement). 3 storeys, basement and attic (except for
No 21), lst and 2nd floor cill bands, astragal below cornice, parapet and coping
run through from Nos 19 and 20. Single dormer window. Single window to left,
coupled windows to right; glazing bar sashes with flush stone surrounds having
beaded inner edge. Concrete steps with modern brick guard wall to doorway on left:
open pediment on console brackets, fluted frieze scraped smooth. Lion mask and
wreath knocker to 6 panel door (upper 2 glazed, lower panels raised and fielded).
Rain water head to right.

Nos 13 and 14 form a group with Nos 17 to 21 (consec).
