Like No 10 Clark's Place, forms end stroke of 'H' plan block made up of Nos 4-10
Clark's Place and Nos 25 and 26 Harford Street. Mid C19 villa type 2 storeys and
3 windows, centre 1st floor windows blind with sash rebate, small glazing bar sash
below between plain doorways. Ashlar built with plinth, band over ground floor,
gutter brackets, weathered coping to verges and shaped footstones. Slate roof.

Nos 1 to 34 (consec) form a group. Nos 27 to 34 (consec) are of local lnterest.
