Circa 1875. Built by the Gane Brothers. 3 storeys and attic. Red brick on stepped
stone plinth, stone quoins, cills, imposts and keys to pointed windows. Also paired
brackets to cast iron gutter. 12 ranges of windows with cast iron glazing bars,
some blocked. North gable end 3 windows wide with a gable window to attic and
a modern passarelle to a factory facing it on the other side of the street. North
west corner chamfered and has a bollard. Double Roman tiled roof with crested
ridge. Former stair turret with pyramidal roof removed.
