Circa 1868-70. 4 cross gabled stone piers with foliage at angles of gablets.
Cast iron main and side gates with wrought and plate iron of fern leaf design similar
to gates on St Thomas's Road (the dog rails have trefoil ornament).

Nos 4 to 6 (consec) and Nos 8 to 18 (consec) York Buildings, form a group with
gates to St Thomas's Church, No 19 The Vicarage and 2 lamp standards to north west
and south west, Nos 4 to 6 (consec) and Nos 8 to 18 (consec) being buildings of
local interest.
