Shop and house. Mid to late C18. Painted ashlar with rusticated
quoins, Welsh slate mansard roof, brick stacks. Central and left
units of block with No 11 (q.v.) being the right unit. 2-storey
and attic, 8-window: 3.2.1.2. Ground floor has C20 shop front.
First floor has 3-windows to left with moulded architraves and 12-
pane sashes, central block is slightly recessed and has five 12-
pane sashes in bolection-moulded architraves, the middle window
separated from 2 either side by rusticated pilasters. Moulded
cornice and blocking course. left wing has 2 flat-roofed dormers,
central block has 4 flat roofed dormers. Rear has early C18
rubblestone wing with pantiled roof and one 2-light cyma moulded
window to first floor. Included despite the C20 shop front, as
part of a good C18 group.
