(west side)

Detached cottage. Early C18. Squared rubblestone, stone slate
roof with coped verges, ashlar stack with moulded cap to right.
Entrance is on facade away from street. One-storey and attic, 3-
windows. Door with chamfered case is left of centre, to right is
2-light and 3-light cyma mullioned window and left of door is one
3-light cyma mullioned window. Three hipped attic gables have
central 3-light and 2-light cyma mullioned windows to sides. Right
return has chamfered door case. Rear of street facade has one 2-
light beaded mullioned window. Building undergoing renovation at
time of survey (July 1984).
