7/83 Beaven Chest tomb in railed
enclosure about 9 metres north of
tower of Church of St. Michael


Chest tomb in railed enclosure. Early C19. Limestone tomb and
cast iron spear head railings on tall feet. C18 style. Plinth,
oval fielded panel to main sides with cherubs and naturalistic
carved floral panels to either side of main panel, quarter
balusters to corners, grooved frieze and cornice to hipped top.
Mary Beaven died 1811.
