Detached shop and house. Early C19. Ashlar, Welsh slate hipped
roof with brick stacks. 3 storeys, 3 windows. C20 shop front.
First floor has three 4-pane sashes. Second floor has three
casements. Pilasters to sides are carried up to frieze with
cornice and blocking course above. To rear is attached late C19
rubblestone extension and warehouse with plate glass sashes on
three floors. Included despite C20 shop front and for group value
with Nos 12 and 14 (q.v.).
