House attached to Nos 129/130 Beanacre(q.v.). Early C18 with late
C18 refronting. Ashlar front facade and rubble stone to returns
and rear. Welsh slate roof to front span with ashlar coped verges
and tiled roof to rear span. Ashlar stacks. Square double roof
span plan. Symmetrical 2 storeyed, 3-window front. Central door
has moulded architrave and flat hood. One paired 12-pane sash on
either side. Plat band at first floor. Central semi-circular
headed window has keystone and imposts with fanlight glazing bars
to top of sash. Paired 12 pane sashes either side. Rear has two
3-light cyma moulded mullioned windows to first floor.
Interior: Front ground floor has chamfered beams with stops and
large stone 4-centred arched fireplaces in both rooms. Rear range
has lower ceilings and 3 plank doors to ground and first floor.
