2/221 Forest Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Early C18. Coursed rubblestone, oak shingle mansard
roof with coped verges and saddlestone, ashlar axial stacks. 2
storey, 2-window. Entrance doors are behind C20 verandah;
rubblestone C19 lean-to extension to left. First floor windows are
two 2-light cyma-mullioned casements. Left return has one 2-light
cyma- mullioned casement to ground and first floors and single
blocked attic window. Right return has abutting rubblestone dairy
of C18 and one 2-light cyma-mullioned casement to first floor.
Rear has door with chamfered case and flat stone hood on brackets
to right of centre, with 2-light cyma mullioned windows either
side. First floor has four 2-light cyma mullioned casements.
Interior not accessible at time of survey.
