Drying house, now store. Late C18. Limestone ashlar with domed stone roof, and central cylindrical stone stack. Square plan. Single-storey. Front has two planked doors to left and right. Returns have two open windows to upper level. Rear has two doorways similar to front.

Interior divided into four 'cells' and possibly used as a blind house for confinement of inmates of workhouse, but probably originally used for drying wool.
