Detached cottage. Probably mid C18, extended C20. Flemish bond
brick with stone dressings, stone slate roof with hip to front and
half-hip to rear, axial brick stack. Gable end to road. Two-
storey, 3-window. Central C20 door in beaded architrave with flat
stone hood on brackets, 2-light cyma-mullioned casement either
side. First floor has three cyma-mullioned casements to first
floor. Gabled 1960s roof dormer with 2-light casement. Right
and left returns have 2-light and 4-light mullioned casements.
Rear has two single-lights and 4-light mullioned casements, C20
gabled porch, 2-light attic casement.
Interior altered 1960s, some fittings said to have come from Rood
Ashton House (q.v. West Ashton C.P.).
