7/25 Two Sayer monuments in the
churchyard between 1.5 and 3m south
of nave of Church of St Michael
and All Angels


GV II


Two chest tombs. C18. Limestone. Both tombs of similar
design; moulded plinths. Two shield shaped fielded panels to
main sides, south one has pilasters with scrolled decoration and
inscription to Thomas Sayer died 1755, north one has partly
illegible inscription.
