Semi-detached cottage. Probably early C17, altered C18 and C19.
Rubble stone, Bridgwater tiled roof with gable end stone stacks.
Gable end to road, entrance on north west side. Two-storey, 2-
window. C20 porch to right of centre with 2-light flush mullioned
casement to left, similar windows to right ground and first floor.
Left return, gable end to road has 2-light flush mullioned casement
to first floor. Rear has two 3-light mullioned casements to ground
floor, blocked fire window to left, three 2-light flush mullioned
casements to first floor, eaves raised, probably early C19.
Interior has large open fireplace with chamfered lintel on stone
jambs, winding newel stairs in corner to right of fireplace with
blocked wood mullioned window retained in former external wall
between this cottage and adjacent No 26. Deep chamfered beam with
stepped stops, planked doors.
