Farmhouse. Late C18. Random rubble stone, double Roman tiled roof
with coped verges and gable end stone stacks. Two parallel
ranges. Two-storey with attic, 3-window. Central C20 door in
ovolo-moulded surround with flat stone hood on brackets, 3-light
cyma-mullioned casement either side. First floor has central 2-
light mullioned casement with 3-light either side. Two C20 gabled
attic dormers with 2-light casements. Straight joint on front wall
suggests that right hand bay earlier than left and house possibly a
C18 rebuild of an earlier structure. Left return has 2-storey
canted stone bay to gable end of rear range. Right return has
flush mullioned casements to gable end of rear range. Interior not
accessible at time of survey (June 1987).
