GV II


Villa, c1850, ashlar fronted with slate roof. Coped gables and end
stacks. Formal two-storey, three-window front with plate glass
sashes, rusticated quoins, plinth, moulded band, cornice and
parapet. Centre five-panel door with shallow pilaster frame,
cornice and ridged top block. Parallel rear range.
Built for Wilkins family, not marked on 1841 Tithe map. Formerly
known as Rock Villa.
