5/30 Gatepiers to Churchyard of
Church of St. Bartholomew
GV II

Gatepiers and gates, mid C19, matching those opposite at east end
of Church Street (q.v.). Four short ashlar panelled piers with
pyramid caps and raised gatestops. C19 iron double gates to centre
and single pedestrian gates each side. Centre piers have C20 lamps
replacing taller C19 originals. (C.J. Hall, Corsham, An
