Nos 26 and 27 (Court Cottage)

Pair of houses, late C17, rubble stone with stone-tiled roof, coped
gables and end-wall stacks. Two storeys, 4-window range of recessed
ovolo-moulded mullion windows with hoodmoulds, 3-light, door, 4-
light and 2-light to ground floor, 3-light, 2-light, 4-light and 2-
light to first floor. Four-light windows have king-mullions. Door
in moulded flush surround with deep hoodmould. Two-light window to
south end wall, ground floor. Rear has projecting central chimney
gable and one-window range of 3-light windows to right, hollow-
moulded with king-mullion above, ovolo-moulded below.
