Lodge to Hartham House, c1850-60, ashlar with low pitched slate
eaves roof with brackets to eaves. One-and-a-half storeys, 'L'-
plan, Italianate style with ridge stack on front range and side
wall stack on rear range. East gable, to road, and south gable to
drive similar with eaves projecting as open pedimental gable, both
with 9-pane upper sash with sill band, 9-pane lower sash with sill
band to east end ground floor, canted bay with sill band to south
end. Raised plinth. In angle 2-bay Roman Doric porch with 2
columns, pilaster respond, entablature and ball finials. Door and
9-pane window within porch on south side of east range.
