House, later C18, roughcast rubble stone and ashlar dressings with
stone tiled roof, south end stack and ridge stack at north end of
house. Two storeys and attic, double fronted with additional
coach entry to left, all under moulded ashlar cornice and parapet.
House range has 2 pairs of sashes in unmoulded surrounds to first
floor, string course over ground floor interrupted by 2 projecting
timber square bay windows and hood on brackets over central 6-panel
door in moulded architrave. Plain coach-entry to left with
boarded doors. Rear wings, short north-east wing with sash
windows, east end 24-pane sash over two 12-pane sashes with
dripstone. Long south-east wing with recessed ovolo-moulded
mullion windows, all apparently C20 except for one-window range
visible on south side to west of ridge stack, upper 3-light ovolo-
moulded window with leaded fixed light and lower 3-light flush
cyma-moulded window with hoodmould, and also upper 3-light ovolo-
moulded window adjoining to right.
