4/310 No. 38 (The Spread Eagle P H)

Inn, mid C18, possibly refronting earlier range, ashlar with stone
tiled mansard roof, coped west gable and end-wall stacks. Tall 2-
storeys and attic, 3-window range. Two hipped 9-pane dormers.
Main front with coved eaves cornice and floor band, window-range
not central. Three first floor 12-pane sashes, one to ground floor
left, pair to ground floor right. Six-panel door between in
unmoulded surround.
