Congregational chapel, now disused, 1790, rubble stone with coursed
small ashlar blocks to front and hipped stone-tiled roof. East
front of 2 arched-headed doorways, flush surrounds bead-moulded
with raised keystone and impost blocks, 6-panel doors and radiating
bar fanlights. Over each door a curved hood on brackets and first
floor circular window in flush bead-moulded surround with raised
keys at cardinal points. Central long arched-headed stair window
with raised keystone and impost blocks and 12-pane sash with
radiating bars to head. Side 3-window range of arch-headed glazing
bar windows. To rear is low slate-roofed C19 schoolromm with
mullion windows.
Interior: entrance end has bow-fronted panelled gallery inserted
1824. West end altered later C19. No fittings otherwise of
special interest.
