House, c1820-30, ashlar with low pitched slate hipped roof and 2
ridge stacks. Three-storey, 3-window range. Raised plinth, 2
bands, moulded cornice and parapet. Sixteen-pane sashes
throughout, diminishing in size each floor. Centre arched doorway
with 6-panel door and plain fanlight. Stone steps up. Basement
window each side.
