House, c1840, ashlar with low-pitched hipped slate roof and rear
stacks. Two storeys, 3-window range wth raised plinth, band and
eaves band. Sixteen-pane, 12-pane and 16-pane upper windows,
ground floor French windows with margin-lights to glazing bars and
central round arched doorway with 6-panel door and radiating bar
fanlight. A pair with No 9 (q.v.) adjoining.
