House, c1840, ashlar with low-pitched hipped slate roof and rear
stacks. Two storeys, 3-window range with projecting centre raised `
plinth, band, eaves band and angle strips. Sixteen-pane, 12-pane
and 16-pane upper windows, ground floor French windows with margin
lights to glazing bars and central round arched doorway with 6-
panel door and radiating bar fanlight. A pair with No 7 (q.v.)
adjoining.
