II

House, C18 remodelling of C17 building, rubble stone, squared and
coursed to front, with moulded coped gables, stone-tiled roof and 2
rear wall stacks and one rear corner stack. Two storeys. Front 5-
window range of long recessed ovolo-moulded 2-light windows, blank
to first floor centre. Raised quoins and dripcourses over both
floors, lower dripcourse stepped as Tudor-arched hood over plain
central doorcase. Voussoirs over ground floor windows above
dripcourse. C19 single storey left side addition with 2-light
mullion window. One first floor 3-light ovolo-moulded window with
hoodmould to rear of main range. Rear wing with north side
chamfered doorcase, C20 window above and curved stair projection to
right. South side 4-light first floor recessed ovolo-moulded
window and 4-light ground floor flush chamfered mullion window.
Interior: one flush Tudor-arched fireplace to ground floor north
room of main range.
