to Bowden Park
II

Pair of lodges with piers and gates, c1800 possibly by J. Wyatt for
B. Dickinson of Bowden Park (q.v.). Two square plan single-room
ashlar lodges with low-pitched slate pyramid roofs. Each lodge
has raised plinth, eaves cornice, 12-pane sash to front and back
and door onto driveway. Corniced gatepiers with urns linked by
iron spearhead rails to corniced half-piers against each lodge.
Central spearhead gates. Similar railings each side of lodges
terminated at corniced outer piers with urns.
