Outbuilding to Bowden Park, mid C19, squared rubble stone with
hipped slate roof. Two storeys. 2 ridge stacks. Five-window
east front of alternate 4-12-4 pane tripartite sashes and plain 12-
pane sashes over blocked doors. Ground floor tripartite sashes
are in segmental-headed sunk frames. Similar one-window north
end. Rear has 9 first floor 12-pane sashes and full-length slate-
roofed verandah on timber post to ground floor. Four doors
within.
