4/41 Nos 4 and 5

Pair of houses, late medieval altered, rubble stone and plaster
over timber-frame. Two storeys. Left side cross-wing with west
side-wall stack is plastered with exposed ashlar pier on left side.
Casement pair over 3-light cyma moulded flush mullion window and
dripstone. Main range is refronted in squared rubble stone with
white lime joints, probably early C19, two casement pairs above, 2
doors and triple casement below. Large rear stack to main range.
Long rear of crosswing with north stack and north end 3-light
mullion-and-transom timber window.
