House, late medieval, timber-frame and rubble stone with stone
slate roofs and east end stack. l½ storeys. Main range has
crosswing gable to right and is all timber-framed to front, on
continuous rubble plinth. To left an eaves dormer with casement
and ground floor 3-light window with centre sash. Large square
framing. East end wall is rubble stone but wall-posts and tie-beam
truss exposed. C19 doorway. Crosswing to right has jettied upper
part on curved brackets framing two 4-light ovolo-moulded timber
mullion windows. First floor large tension braces and casement
pair. To right, a single storey and attic range, timber-framed,
canted back on line of street. Door to left and triple casements
with top-lights adjoining, on rubble stone base. Interior not
inspected.
