II

House, early to mid C19, ashlar-fronted with slate low-pitched
roof, coped gables and end stacks. Two-storey, 3-window front
with raised strips at angles, plinth, band and eaves band.
Sixteen-pane outer sashes, 12-pane centre sash with margin lights.
Central arched doorway with moulded flush surround, 6-panel door
with Regency-style reeding to lower panels and traceried fanlight.
Arched centre rear wall stair light. A 2-storey, 2-window
extension to right is not of special interest.
