3/60 Manor Farmhouse

GV II


Farmhouse. Probable C17 core with C18 addition and early C19
refronting. Coursed rubble to rear and side walls, squared
dressed stone to south front with gabled stone slate roofs and
rebuilt end stone stacks with original bases. L-shaped plan with
parallel C18 and C17 ranges, the latter to the rear, and service
wing at right-angles to the rear. South front of 2 storeys with 4
windows to ground floor and 3 to upper. Windows are 4-pane sashes
under segmental heads. Central part-glazed panelled door with
stone slate porch on decorative wrought iron piers. C19 casement
fenestration to rear ranges.
