4/112 Barn to the west of Askew
Bridge House


Barn. Early C18. Squared and coursed rubble with timber and some
concrete lintels, plank doors and gabled stone slate roof. Long 5-
bay range with gable to right end and to centre. Stone steps up to
loft door in central gable, doors to left and right of steps and a
3-light casement to left of steps. Clock set below eaves to right
of central gable; three S-shaped iron ties to left.
