Former stables, now workshop and childrens' playroom. Mid C16 with late C18 refronting. Tudor brickwork to east front, C18 brickwork with flush rusticated ashlar quoins to west front with gabled stone slate roof. Single-storey, 4-bay building with one off-centre gabled dormer covered in ivy; casement fenestration to windows and doorway with plank door to right end. Interior: floored to left to create play area for children.
