Shown on Map as Manor Farm.
Former farmhouse, now detached house. Early C18 core to rear with
mid C19 south-east addition (dated 'RHP/1842' on south-west gable)
and later C19 addition to north-east wall (Hungerford Pollen crest
above doorway). Coursed rubble to core ranges and side walls of
1842 block, squared and coursed rubble to south-east front, stone
dressings and ashlar copings; concrete tile to rear roofs, stone
slate to south-facing roofs with end brick stacks. T-shaped plan:
core range to rear of 1842 block, late C19 dairy/cheese room
addition to right of main block. Two-storey, 3-window south-east
front Windows are 3-light chamfered mullions, those to ground
floor with 2-pane timber casements, those to upper with octagonal
glazed cast iron casements. Central gabled porch with stone slate
roof, Tudor-arched entrance with Pollen crest above and Pollen
pelican on gable apex; 6-panel door with 2 top lights. Further
plank door to dairy/cheese room to right.
