St Margaret, with enclosing wall
GV II
Lychgate, mid Cl9, timber with deeply overhanging stone slate roof
and cusped barge boards. Frame of four posts with curved brackets
on each face, the bracket across forming an arch to north and
south. Six tie-beam trusses across, each with pair of opposed
curved struts. Squared rubble stone coped wall each side,
extending about 4m north into churchyard.
