3/27 No 5 (Webb's Cottage)


Cottage, c1830, coursed rubble stone with low-pitched slate eaves
roof and end stacks. Two storeys, double-fronted, square plan with
small-paned casements in unmoulded 2-light mullion windows, two
each floor, the upper pair breaking eaves under shallow pedimental
gables. Centre door in C20 stone enclosed porch. North end lean-
to. Parallel rear range.
