ST 88 SE (north side)

3/52 Penny Cottage

GV ll

House, early C19, probably on earlier core, rubble stone with stone
slate roof and east end stack. Two storeys. Range to right is
double-fronted with two 2-light unmoulded mullion windows and
central door, now glazed. Cross wing gable to left is refronted in
squared rubble with similar 2-light each floor and door in flush
surround to right. Cross wing has half-hipped north gable.
